Sauna frequency and long-term cardiovascular outcomes
In a cohort of Finnish men, more frequent sauna bathing was associated with lower rates of fatal cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality over a median 20.7 years. This observational study cannot establish cause and was not specific to infrared sauna.
